Connecting the Unconnected – Mobile Phones

This was a massive immersive learning project for a large manufacturer of mobile phones hardware and services. The challenge was to identify opportunities to bring the Unconnected into the mobile phone category – and the need was to explore opportunities for devices, software, services, marketing, pricing. We conducted 68 immersions in 4 days, followed up by a 2-day workshop and a report. Here’s a snapshot view of the scale of the project and of our participants:
